im a highschool distance runner and have been doing light weights high reps. when i bench i usually do 20 reps of 65 lbs. i just got a bench for home but i hav to use dumbells. how much weight should each dumbell be?
also i dont want to get big at all because i need to be a distance runner and be light but strong.
