Question by Kazz: Is doing the same exercise DVD every day going to help me lose weight?
Or will my body get use to the dvd..


Best answer:
no, you will get used to it in about two weeks. You should change into something new every two weeks, then you will see the results. And you should up the intensity: repeating the same easy exercise many times over will not help a bit, there will be no changes. Either control it yourself, or get a series of DVDs with increased intensity and diversity.
