Question by Crios: I need a full day work out that includes bicycling, weight lifting and strap weights?
I'm planning a workout regimen for the summer and I have everything I need to start (barbells, strap weights for wrist, ankle, and body, and a bicycle) except one thing: an actual workout routine.
I have the entire summer, so I'm looking for an all day everyday work out that gets progressively more difficult every month out of the three.
I know it's a lot to ask for, but in all honesty, I don't have any other options at the moment.

Hey mate life is for living not struggling.
My training does not take more than 1.5 hours per day.
Cardio workout on day one includes,
a 10-15 km run
30 km bike ride
5-10 km on the cross trainer
day two sees the introduction of weights.
5-10 km run
15-20 km bike
3-5 cross trainer
weight training
day two cardio acts as a warm up.You need to rest your weight lifting muscles every other day.
so days 1,3,5,7 cardio only
and days 2,4,6,8 reduced cardio and weights
don't go too hard,have fun!
