Question by Richard J: Back injury , how long does it take to heal?
I was doing squat the other day and injured my back. I put too much weight and when I was on my last rep , my back wobble a little but I got the weight back on rack safely. I did not feel a burn or pain after the last rep, I kept working out on my upper body so just to avoid injury. I woke in the morning with a back pain now it's been 4 days and my back is a little bit better but still hurting when I stand for a long a time. What is the remedy? I know i should go to my doctor but I havent have any benifits since last fours years ago. Should I worried about broken disk on my back? i can walk and run now, when should I start working out my back again?

Best answer:
Go to the doctors to see how your back is. If you landed safely the chances of you having seriously injured your back are minor, you've probably just pulled one of the muscles. Check with a doctor first before doing any kind of physical activity.
