i had a reality check yesterday all my jeans dont fit me and just last month i was able to get into a pair of jeans that were 34 now i cant i have ot go shopping today for new jeans and shorts im gonna but size 38 and 40 just in case but all my 'tops' like hoodies, polos,buttons down ,tshirts jackets fit and i wear L

now im 205 now i lost 5 pounds i dont go to gym ,but i tihnk that it might be beneficial for me i do jog and run a lot i have 2 very energetic dogs that needs at least 2 hours of exercise per day so they keep me busy plus my schedule sucks as i have night school from 6-10 pm i leave the house at 4pm i have a 2 hours train ride and im back home at 12 am usually but its only from Mon-Thurs. i try to eat healthy i started to eat breakfast now as usually i don't i usually have dinner at 2 pm and then i grab something when im coming back home at night usually some Chinese or Mexican take out food
i haven't had pizza in almost a month i try to avoid junk food but i will eat baked lays like 2 times a week and i do eat a lot of candy and i drink soda ( diet coke or pepsi) and lots of water like maybe a gallon a day

i do have problems with my feet and knees after running for a long time i cant feel my feet i had water on the knee when i was younger and i just had a surgery like 3 months ago to do something about it
my knees used to swell a lot and they were stiff but now hopefuly everything will be alright


so how can i lose those unneeded pounds i dont wanna be stick skinny i will be happy to be at about 175 and f.ck what the BMI says about it
i dont know if joining the gym would be a good idea i would probably need a session with a trainer as i have no idea how all the equipment works
oh and im 18 and 5'9

*Drink 8 cups of water a day (or more)
*eat veggies/fruits/lean meats/nonfat dairy/high fiber
*only high fiber bread - a couple times in one day
*meat - not greasy or fatty
*no processed foods (or limit them)
*walk/run/skip/dance/move as much as you can. Try to sweat.
*1,200 calories a day
