Is drinking 1 Gallon of Whole Milk a day too much?

Question by Thomas: Is drinking 1 Gallon of Whole Milk a day too much?
Now I don't want just yes or no. Please support your statement and give clear details/opinions.

My Stats
Age:16
Height:6'1
Weight:200lbs
Activity:
During School week
-Weight training everyday
-Football conditioning twice a day on tuesday, wednesday, and thursday

Weekends
-Weight lift at my house (just bench press, back squat and lots of pull ups)
-Run/Jog at least 2 miles or stadiums with a 100lbs jacket for 15 minutes (trust me it will hurt by 5)

Info I want to hear
-like side effects of too much milk.
-Better things to drink.
-What else i could be doing to get swole.

Andrew. More details would help but I haven heard of too much calcium before and how it can cause problems but just different ones. Such as too much calcium messes with recptor-proteins in your body and can cause the same effects as too little calcium such as brittle bones.

Madole. I eat three large meals and also drink a 1400calorie protein shake every day + the gallon of milk. Trust me i get enough calories <:)

J.R. BEST ANSWER YET. Just finished reading both sites. Too bad they disagree on "milk causing kidney stones"

Also we do different lifts every day. <;) probably should have said.

Monday
-bench press
-power clean
-back squat

Tuesday is Auxilery day
-Barbell lunges
-step ups
-leg curls
-front and back hypers

Wednesday more of upper body
-barbell press
-curls
-overhead raises
-lat pulldowns (3 types close, wide and reverse)

Thrusday = Monday
Friday= Tuesday

We also do Ab workouts every day after lifting.
-Crunches (speed and with weight)
-Sit ups (normal and twist)
-Planks (side and reg)
-Leg raises (holding and timed)


Basically we MIX it up. =D
