Question by : How to lose weight on legs and stomach?
Hi, I am 14, I am 5,6, and I weigh around 112 pounds. I look on the scales and hate what I see! I really want to get rid of my fat thighs and my stomach too. I get red lines and people say it isn't fat but it can be sometimes apparently. Please help out. I don't do too much exercise about from 2 hours of PE a week and sometimes I do some aerobics and go on my excersice bike.
