50kg x 5 2" thick handle dumbbell bench press








Not much weight i know but i've just recently added these to my program. I found some scrap metal tubeing in a skip so i thought i'd turn my dumbbell handles into thick ones. The're just a fraction short of 2" diameter, and make the weight much harder to handle! I'm Aiming for 60kg x 5 as a short term goal.



Question by : does this sound like a good upper body routine for mass?

Arms

POWER - week 1:

-barbell curl...2 x 4-6
-preacher curl...2 x 4-6
-hammer curl...1-2 x 4-6
-CG bench press...3 x 4-6
-skull crush...2 x 4-6
-single arm dumbell extension...1-2 x 4-6

Chest

POWER – week 1

-dumbell bench press...3 x 4-6
-incline press...3 x 4-6
-weighted dips...2 x 4-6


Shoulders

POWER – week1

-military press...2-3 x 4-6
-upright row...2-3 x 4-6
-"cheat" lateral...2 x 4-6
