Question by The Gay Argentian Seal: What can I do to deter my wrist from hurting during/after working out?
I have noticed that my wrists have recently began to hurt during and after workouts. I do not use any gloves, nor guards so I am wondering if it has to do something with the position during weightlifting and mat exercises.

Is there anything I can do to help my wrists out? Thanks in advance.

Okay im 16 6'3 255 bench 295 and what u do is ice your wrist right before you work out. it will keep you stiff and no pains will occur
i used to get the pains all the time.
