Ive heard of them but dont know if they work. has anyone used one? and if so, which one and did it work?

Depending on the CD, I didn't find it to be successful, but I would suggest checking out the National Guild of Hypnotists website www.ngh.net - to find a Certified Consulting Hypnotist in your area.
