70 one arm pullups and 30 regular in under 30 minutes
I'm calling this, "100 pull ups the hard way" it's 5 sets of 12 one arm pullups with ascending weight (from unweighted to 14 lbs.) then a set of 5 one armed pull ups in a row each side, then two sets of 15 regular pull ups. Sorry for the low quality I had to lower the video quality on my camera because I didn't know if I could fit the whole vid on my memory card. I took this as one continuous shot that came in at 28:41 with rests and time spent walking to and from the medicine balls. I had to take two slightly extended rests to let other people use the machine I was on but don't think I could have got the total time down by more than a minute or two. This is the second time I've done this set but the first time I did maybe 30 total and that was about a month and a half ago. I would like to try a strictly unweighted set and see how fast I can get 100 one arm pull ups as it should be a lot easier and faster than this (Possibly a world record? at least recorded?)
