I am 32 and about 30 lbs over weight,so I started working out for the last month,walking and jogging about 20 minute every day on the tread mill I have all ready lost 10 lbs. I was wondering if wearing ankle weights would help me loose weight or burn calories. I DO NOT want huge leg muscles, Just the best calorie burning work out possible.
