Question by lovelaughing: How imporant are the weighted gloves for Turbo Jam?
I just am curious, because I am ordering the DVD with 5 workouts, but if the gloves are really really important, I'll buy those too. But I don't want to waste all that money if they are going to be near-pointless. How much of a difference would they really make? Thanks for your answers! =]

The gloves to give a bit extra. The weight is low but they really make a difference in the workouts. Especially if you use them in the Punch Kick Jam workout (it's over 40 min!)
Some great news is the Max results package (with the 5 workouts) come with the Gloves! So you do not have to decide or but them extra. :)
