i eat healthy too...
but if i were work out for 30 minutes after breakfast, then
30 minutes in late afternoon (around 4)
and then 30 minutes at night (around 9)
those 30 minutes are all cardio but
i would also add 10 minutes of weight training every day.
could i lose those 6lbs in 2-3 weeks?
