Question by enano: How long does it take to loose food weight?
For example I weighted my self saturday morning and weighted 223 and I went to eat that night alot and weighted myself the next morning at 229 how long does it take to loose that weight? I know I didnt eat more than 5000 calories, I did drink alot of liquid or soda and salty fatty food.


Best answer:
Depending on how good your digestive system is and if you have any fluid retention problems, but as a rough guide 12-24 hours. Given the food you've eaten, probably will take nearer 24 hours.
