I started working out, and wanna get a sixpack. I bouht 2 cans of Body Fortress weigh protein, and wounder how much of it should i take? and what are the best exercises to work on your abs? i found this website that says you can get a good body if you follow this 12 week program http://www.mensworkoutguide.com/home.html

I am on my week 1 i do thouse exercises and + I do extra exercises to build up my abs. so the queastion is :Should i do anything else? and how much protein should i take?
