Question by Charlie Strangler: Need some advice on using weighted vest with p90x?
I have purchased a 2-40 pound weight vest and was wondering if it is recommended to wear it during the p90x workouts. I am in my 2nd month of the workout and was looking for more of a challenge. Also, should I only wear the vest during the workout, or also during daily activity, thanks!

I hate phishers...so here's an honest opinion rather some scam artist looking for your money....
I know a few people that have used weight vests during their workouts. Just like you said to help increase the challenge. But remember if your using the vest to make sure you have a good form. Alot times you can increase the challenge by following good form or going lower. If you follow that rule and still want a challenge then use the vest. I personally use wrist and ankle weights during my cardio workouts.
As for using it during daily activity, most weighted vests are not very flattering. Underclothing it may not look very appealing and if your looking to impress using a vest during daily activity is not going to help. They also tend to be uncomfortable for some of the most basic things such as driving. It could limit your movement.
