It wouldn't matter. Both are flat benches with little significant difference between the two. While the eBay one is allegedly capable of supporting 130 more kg than the other, will that affect your decision?
If you weigh 90 kg now, for example, the difference is whether you're benching 160 kg or 310 kg. If you are realistically aiming to push beyond 160 kg, then get the heavier duty one.

How To Get The Best Utility Weight Bench For Your Plans
Article by michael russell
Fitness trends often go in cycles. What was popular this year may be out of favor the next, but utility weight lifting benches have a long lasting quality that has made them an essential item in almost every gym. You should not think that they are only designed to be used by body builders and weightlifters. A weight lifting bench can be utilized no matter what your current strength and ability. It is easy to add or reduce the weights that are connected to the pulleys.
Were would you consider going to get hold of a new utility weight lifting bench? If you are planning a trip to your local sports store then I would suggest delaying until you check out the options and prices available online. Though you may think fitness equipment is too large an item to be bought over the net this is not actually the case.
You'll discover a far greater variety of fitness benches through online retailers than in almost any town or city. As such companies generally have lower overheads the associated costs are typically lower. But even with this in mind you may still want to visit a store in person so that you can see how the different benches appear in actuality.
The more expensive benches will have a wider choice of settings. For example, you may want to adjust the angle of the back rest so that you can give greater toning to specific muscle groups. You may also want to choose an option which features a rack so that the barbells will be kept in position ready to use.
Always check out the capacity of the utility weight bench. Most decent options will come in at around six hundred pounds but there are also more expensive options that are built to handle weights of a thousand pound or even more.
Make sure that any item of fitness equipment you buy comes with an extensive warranty; you would not want to have to be paying for parts after only six months usage.
