Question by : How much Does a Standard Bar in a Weight Set Weigh?
I was going to buy this weight set because it was cheap, but I wanna know how much the bar weighs. Is there a standard wieght? I know for olympic bars it is 45 lbs., but I think this bar is probably lighter.
If it matters, it is liek CAP BARBELL or something, but I don't know anything mroe about the item than that. Sorry to not give many details.

45 is standard, but you can work with other wieghted bars just add or subtract to how many bells you put on it.
