Question by loco21: when i was 14 i started doing biceps with 45 pounds total could that have afected my growth? im 5'7 n 17?
and at age 16 i did love nech press n i weight 170 n bench 260 could all that affected my growth or das only heavy weightlifing like squads n all that please let me know n also does basketball make u taller?

nothing makes you taller except HGH(human Growth Hormones)

and at 17 it's probably too late to use those for height growth.
