Question by John C: What can i do with a weight bar to work on my chest?
I just bought a weight bar an some weights to work out with and i dont have a bench press so i was wondering if there was anyway to get a chest work out with what i have?

Well, I think that push up is one the best to work on your chest. If you can use the bar to do some form of pushing with your arm then it will work on your chest.
