My body is really weird... I'm 14, male, 205 pounds I have a very fat belly and moobs... but I also have really skinny arms and chicken legs, lol. Anyway, I don't want to lose weight because then I think my arms and legs will get even skinnier, and I don't want to gain weight because then what it goes to my belly or chest? Is there any way that my weight distribution could be changed to be more normal?

Attack this problem in stages.
First priority is rigorous cardio in order to bring down the weight. Arms can really only get 'so' skinny and legs wont feign much in the wake of constant running/cycling. Would you trade one inch on your arms for 4-6 less in your gut? I imagine yes.
Once youve lost a good portion of the extra weight, then focus on putting on muscle. Until then, focus on cardio(daily, even if minimal), and a minimalistic weight training routine.
