How to Make an Ice Cream Cake
You can adjust this to fit whatever kind of icecream cake you want. You can add cherries to the top, you can add crushed up candy bar, nilla cookies, anything! When I say you can do this for about I mean for the price of the ingredients. If you don't have all the tools that's ok. You can use a regular spatula, a butter knife, anything you want that you feel comfortable using. Seriously as long as you have something to spread the cool whip out and something to put the icecream in then you're good. Everything else is optional. I used feather weight bags and my tips because I already had them and cost me no extra to use. I do understand most people in general will not have them.
