Figure out what your "maintain weight" calories are and eat 500 calories LESS than that number every day. 2. Exercise for at least 30 minutes, 5x/week. 3. Drink water! Divide your weight in half and drink that number in ounces of water every day. (4. Make healthier choices as you go along and get better at doing steps 1-3.) FROM THE VIDEO: The salad is: 1 Bowl of Romaine Lettuce and Spinach 2 Tbsp Light Vinaigrette Dressing 1/2 Tomato, sliced 1/4 Cucumber, peeled and sliced 1/4 Cup Garlic Feta Cheese = around 110-130 calories :D YUM! Green Tea (and similar Asian teas), English Breakfast Tea and Irish Breakfast Tea need no sweetener if you use 1 Tsp of lemon juice instead (0 calories). Question by mimi-chan: Help in daily food menu plan and gain weight food and snack ideas?
I need help in arranging a daily food plan for fast, effective gain weight. Please help me on this, the pressure of being too thin is absolutely too much for me, I feel so ugly and terrible. i dont want any "eat more, see a nutritionist" answers, please give me such food menus that is should take and snack ideas i can pack myself and help me gain weight. I need to gain weight in this month, I hope you guys can help me.thank you.

Sorry, but I'm not going to write a whole food plan out for you, but how about a simple tip. I was once trying to pack on muscle as quickly as possible and was on a diet of 6,000 calories a day. Not only was it expensive, but I was absolutely fed up with having to eat so much. I dreaded it whenever it was time to eat again. But the number one thing that helped me was peanuts. 1/2 cup of peanuts is not a large size to make you full, yet it has 340 calories! I usually ate 6 servings a day for a total of 2,040 calories! They are also good for you, with protein and healthy fat. Good luck!
