Question by Bleh126: How Can i Increase my weight on Barbell Incline bench press and regular bench press?
so ive benn working in the gym for 2-3 years and i can do 185-195 by myself on bench and 155-165 on incline and incline is alot harder for me personally....... and im 17 yrsold and in football and most people my age in football are doing a quite abit more ( Steroids) but anyways what are some natural ways to increase my weight ( break the plateau)
