How many points in Weight Watchers points plus?

Question by Shan: How many points in Weight Watchers points plus?
I am currently signed up for weight watchers, but i would like my bf to join me. He would like to know how many points he would get BEFORE i can get him to sign up.... can anyone plug this into their calculator for me? im not trying to cheat the system, i just want to get him to support me!! He is 21, 5'5 and 165 lb.

His daily PointsPlus Target would be 37 Points, plus he will get an extra Weekly PointsPlus Allowance of 49 Points. I hope that he joins with you to help provide some extra support for you. I love Weight Watchers it's such a livable and flexible program! All the best to you!

Weight Watchers Meals Plan gives a daily point allowance. The point values vary dependent on a member's weight and activity level. The idea is to stay within your point allocation on a daily basis.Here's some examples of points for various foods. I'll get into some sample meals later on.

BreakfastA cup of cereal with a half cup of 2 percent milk is 4 1/2 points. Toast with a tbsp of jelly is one point. Same with peanut butter is three points. One egg is two points. Without the yolk is zero points. Fresh fruit is also zero points. Of course their are many, many more breakfast items. This is a sampling only.

LunchCheese is three points. A slice of ham is two points. A slice of turkey is zero points. Fresh vegetables are zero points. Add two tsp mayonnaise and it's 2 points. Mustard is zero points. A tbs of regular dressing is two points. Reduced calorie dressing is one point. Again this is a very small sampling compared to the many items available.

Dinner Beef steak is about 10 points. A beef or chicken quesadilla is about 7 points. Soups vary from about three to four points. A baked potato about 5 points. Again, fresh fruits and vegetables are zero points. Again this is a very small sampling.

Snacksfourteen potato chips are four points. Two large rice cakes are two points. Granola bars are five points. Many, many more snacks available.

As a member of WW, you can find out the point values for hundreds of items.Here are some actual meals.Breakfast. 6 oz calorie free yogurt with one cup of mixed berries plus black coffee. Total 2 points.Snack. Three fresh figs and black coffee. Total 0 points.

Lunch. Tomato and Basil Pizza Burger. One Orowheat Thin. Lettuce, tomato and onion. Honey crisp apple. 24 oz water flavored with lemonade powder. Total 6 points.

Breakfast (for a larger person, No points stated0) 2 eggo nutrigrain waffles. Egg sand which. Tangerine.Lunch Boca Burger and bread. Turkey sandwich. Huge salad. Dinner Large taco salad. Baked chicken. Subway 6" sandwich. Veggie steamers.

Breakfast. Fruit and cheese bagel (Fruit - combine 1% cottage cheese, 1/4 cup fresh strawberries and 2 tsp honey. Blend until smooth.) Spread on 1/2 the bagel. Orange juice. 1/2 cup coffee or tea. Lunch. Bow-tie Pasta Pepper toss. (Combine 1 cup cooked pasta, 1/4 cup each of chopped red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper and chopped tomato, 3 tblsp feta cheese and 2 tblsp fat-free balsamic vinaigrette; toss to coat. 1 cup skim milk. 1 cup unsweetened fruit cocktail.

Dinner Kung Pao Chicken. (Toss 4 oz cubed chicken breast, 2 tsp each of soy sauce and fat free red vinaigrette, 1/8 tsp red pepper 1 minced garlic clove. heat 1 tsp vegetable oilm med heat. Add 1/2 cup of chopped onion, sliced mushroom and chicken mixture. Saute 5 minutes. Top with 2 tbls each of green onions and peanuts. 1/2 cup steamed brown rice. And steamed broccoli.Snack 8 oz fat-free yogurt and coconut cream pie. Total points for the day - 22

Now for those of us who don't cook. There are literally hundreds of Weight Watchers brand frozen and non frozen foods to choose from. As you can see, there is a Weight Watchers meals plan for you. Whether you make it yourself, purchase it from a retail outlet or order your food from Weight Watchers direct.
