Question by Jared S: How do i avoid gaining weight with a broken ankle?
I am 16 years old and just recently broke my ankle and am sitting out my football season because of it. I really dont wanna put on any weight. What are some good foods i can eat that will help me stay full and upper body exercises i can do to help maintain my current weight. All answers are greatly appreciated.

When you know what you're going to buy and how much time you can spend at the store, you spend less time wandering in sections that contain more unhealthy food choices. In addition, you make sure you have everything you need to keep your cupboards and fridge full of healthy options.

A good way to help you lose weight is to share your progress and results with your friends and family. Having that external motivation will push you to strive even harder to continue with your fitness goals. It's also nice to be able to inspire someone else to lose weight.
