WEIGHT LOSS SUCCESS (part 1)

MY WEIGHT MANAGEMENT PLAN 1-It must be SUSTAINABLE. 2-DAILY FOOD JOURNAL: Record your food and weight daily. Weigh yourself every morning when you wake up and measure your waistline. 3-YOUR DAILY CALORIE BUDGET MUST NOT BE LESS THAN 1200 CALORIES. Below that, it's hard to meet your nutrient needs—or feel satisfied enough to stick with a plan. Also, it is probably the rock bottom number to prevent going into the STARVATION MODE. 4- Eat often, 5 or 6 times per day. Don't go hungry! We all "fast" every night while we sleep. So, eat late (delay-fast) and eat early (break-fast). 5- Eat all food groups (carbohydrates, fats and proteins). Include a wide variety of foods. 6- Do not suffer from deprivation of any particular food. 7-Buy low calorie brands of food. 8-Low intensity exercise earns about 5 calories per minute and high intensity exercise earns about 10 calories per minute. 9-Be a little flexible, not too strict. Enjoy food, it is all good in moderation. 10-Be patient, this is lifetime change. ***Tools and helps: Daily Food Journal, Scale for measuring portions, The Calorie King (calorie, fat and carbohydrate counter), Spark People, Calorie Count, Fit Click

Question by : What is the best online interactive calorie counter/weight loss program/food journal?
Hi,
I am not sure if I described what I am looking for correctly but one of the women's magazines I subscribed to used to have one. It was an online program where you could log in everyday and enter what you ate and how much you exercised, you could also put in your daily Weighing and stuff. Can someone please direct me to another FREE program like that?

Thank you so much!
Thank you Lena this one is perfect!!!!

www.fitday.com

It's totally free, and it includes foods, exercises (calorie counts too), alcohol calories, weights, weight charts, and body measurements.
