Weird question?

If blood was drawn, the body would have to work harder to replace it, right? Would the energy required to replace lost blood be enough to loose a significant amount of weight?

r u serious. why will people go to such extremes, im sure that u will use more energy running or doing the stationary bike for 45 minutes but that is just way too much work. no u will not lose weight like that, you will just die. i hate people like u, i am 17 i used to be 5'6 240lbs and am now 5'8 180lbs(muscle maybe 9%bodyfat). all u people do is say how hard it is and how much u want it, well exercise is the way to get it go and do something and quit looking for the easy way out. its weird that i lift weights and eat tons of healthy food to gain muscle im sure that i could just take a magic pill or cut myself and gain muscle.its weird that i cut carbs and do cardio when i cut, i could just draw all the blood out of my body. how stupid r u people really?
