What can I do for a bigger neck with stuff at home. My neck looks really long because it is so small around. I want something simple I can do for this. I do have weights at home, but no head harness.

I wouldn't use weights, you could strain your neck or worse end up with whiplash. Just tilt your head back and forth or side to side for several repetitions until tired and repeat a few times a day.
