my mom wanted to know,What are some work outs for women in weight training 40 years or older?
Best answer:
Any weight training really. Just have have use less weight then say a body builder. Here are some exercise clips that my girlfriend does:
Step Cable Lunges

There are hundreds of exercises on that site. Have your mom look around. Also check out the XGen feature to randomly generate a routine from the clips. You have to sign up for it, but it is free.
