Back from Olympic Trials, preparing for Beijing as Olympic Team Alternate. Here is a squat workout I did recently with 135kg/297 pounds. It was supposed to be for 10 repetitions...but who's counting?;-)

Question by : How much should a 5'4 feet (163 cm) 20 year old weigh or what is a good goal weight?
I'm planning on loosing weight and want to set a goal weight so I want 2 know what is a good weight for me and if ure 5'4 feet woman too how much do u weigh and do u feel skinny enough?
