Question by : What are your opinions on a weight vest?
What do you think about walking around with a weight vest on? How about using one when doing push ups to raise the intensity? Are there any negative health effects that may occur from using one?
Best answer:
Yeah there can be negitive health effects if you over work our body. They aren't really meant to be worn on a day to day basis. They are meant to increase stamina and agility. They are for sprinting and building up speed not really for push ups. (those don't do much for you anyways)
