Is it good to jump right into weight lifting after 2 weeks of not lifting?

Question by : Is it good to jump right into weight lifting after 2 weeks of not lifting?
Is it okay to just jump right into it or to take it easy and use less weight for a day? Can't jumping into it cause a injury?

You should be fine, just make sure to warm up and stretch after
