Question by : Easiest and quickest way to flat stomach?
I'm almost 16 and weigh about 107 lbs. I don't want to lose weight, I just want a flatter stomach. I have a little purge, but it makes me sled conscious. Again, I DON'T want to lose weight, just get a flat stomach. Thanks!


Best answer:
Try adjusting your diet, if possible. Eliminate red meat. Get it down to once a week. Eat lots of fish, deeply hued vegetables, grains, some nuts and seeds. Stay away from hard cheese and any fats but those in the nuts, fish, plus olive oil. That should reduce your fat percentage vs your total body mass. You should see improvement in three weeks. If you have no control over the food, see if you can discuss this as a family. It is a great diet that helps the skin, eyes, blood vessels and digestive system. Any exercise would be the aerobic type, probably easiest to do as part of an extra curricular activity.
