Question by : What are some ways to losing weight and inches?
Although I am 18 years old, I now stand at 130 pounds and 44"-48" inch weight. I do have boobs and a butt.
I do not like the way I look right now due to most of my "fat" being in my stomach, thigh and butt area. So I mainly want to really concentrate on those 3 areas but anywhere else on top of that, is a plus.
I want to work out at home (at night) and sometimes at the gym.
-What machines should I buy so I can exercise at home?
-Should I buy any certain protein shakes or pills?
-What are some sites that show exercising moves?
-What sort of things should I eat? What sort of things shouldn't I eat?
My weight is constantly changing. I always use to weight at 115-125 to 135 to 148. I lost appetite so I've been losing weight which leads to be at 130.

First off you can't spot lose weight, the body works on a first fat on last fat off process unfortunately. Breakfast; meal replacement protein shake (I like gaspari lean body-low carbs), lunch; a big salad with lots of veggies, chicken or fish is fine (not fried) and a low cal dressing (not much cause they are loaded w/sugar, oil and vinegar is actually better), dinner; another MRP. Drink cold water throughout the day...like lots of it (you'll be running to the bathroom all day...lol). Exercise; run 3 times a week. Distance (try to work up to a mile, from there 2 miles is a breeze to get to. Also do sprint work, 40 yd dash x 4, then 60 yd dash x 3 and 100 yd dash x1. Lift weights at the gym (I won't get into all the exercises as that would take too long, just ask for a trainer to get you on a routine; tell him you want a high intensity full body weight lifting routine (stress high intensity).
Adjust the exercise routines according to what your body is telling you. Also after a few weeks you may need to adjust your eating, again listen to your body.
Get PLENTY of sleep...I promise the fat will drip off you, i've seen it happen to me...good luck
