This adjustable dumbbell rack is available in 9 pair or 12 pair sizes. They will accommodate an inside handle length between 4 1/2" and 5 3/8". Each level is adjustable and is furnished with high impact polyethylene cradles. The frame is 2" x3" 11 gauge steel with a durable, black, powder coated finish. For situati...ons where less space is available, we also have upright racks on a 9" x 13" base. Dumbbells aren't included with the racks, but available in 3 lb. to 100 lb. pairs. Question by Gianfranco Z: I'm 15 and looking to loose a bit of fat and gain more muscle, i workout with weights 3 hours a week- good?
I eat 2 tins of tuna a day and 1 tin of baked beans a day along with other foods like rice and chicken, I also eat 1 chocolate bar a week and 1 health bar a day 5 days a week with 84 calories in it. This is my routine and I want you to say if it is good for muscle gain. My weights vary from 4.6 kg to 6.8 kg in different exercises

Wednesday and Sunday: (45 mins)
Crunches---2 sets of 30
Push ups with push up rack-----2 sets of 20
Dumbbell bench press-----3 sets of 15
Dumbbell shoulder press-----2 sets of 10
Dumbell flyes on bench------2 sets of 12
Dumbell lunges------2 sets of 10 for each leg
Seated lateral raises--------1 set of 10
Punching dumbbells-------1 set of 20
calf raises-------1 set of 50

Friday (1 hour)
twisting crunches--2 set of 50
leg raises---1 set of 20
Tricep dips---3 set of 15
bicep curls---2 set of 25
one arm rows--2 set of 15
shrugs---2 set of 10
wrist curls(dumbell)--2 set of 30
hammer curls---3 set of 10
squat 3 by 20

and 100 pushups a day
