Double Unders with weighted jump rope
Double unders are really intense workout and usually are performed with not weighted jump rope. I was trying out to see how much I can do with my weighted jump rope but it's really hard to do a lot in a row.

Question by :D: PLEASE help: If I bought a weighted jump rope, could I both lose weight AND muscle train at the same time?
What do you think? I need to kill 2 birds with one stone here. I don't have much time to work out and muscle train at the same time. So, I was wondering if I could do both? I'm 16, 150lb, and 5'1''.
PLEASE HELP ME!!!!
Thanks in advance!!!! :D

Well, you already know that jumping rope is an excellent cardio workout, but I think you're asking if it can also make you stronger and take the place of weight training. The answer is not really. A weighted rope will work your shoulder muscles a little and will probably have some benefit, but won't be able to take the place of an upper body workout. At least combine it with push ups...that will help some.
