Question by twisted: If I go for my daily walk with 20-40lbs extra weight vest and leg straps How much more weight can I burn a day?
Ok for the past about 3 weeks Ive been walking alot and Ive upped myself to about 4-5 miles a day, If I add 20-40 lbs of weight to myself will I burn alot more fat. Ive managed to lose inches upon inches of fat but ive had the help of QuickTrim for the past 7 days and it has worked wonders. I only had 10 days worth of it because a friend used it and didnt like it, But I want to burn as much fat as possible with the 3 days I have left. In 5 days I managed to lose 13lbs and it was because I started walking 5 miles and using quicktrim
If I add 40lbs and attempt to walk the 5 miles, I would most likely burn quite a large ammount more weight right??? At this time I weigh 180 and am 6 foot, so far every day I look at my stomach I can tell the difference and my belts are crazy large on me. My pants I cant say because I usually wear pants that are big but I can tell by my belts.
I will attempt it today and try to run some to, but 40lbs sounds like alot so I dont know how far I can run. But I WILL walk as far as I can no matter what if I have to ill call someone to come get me.
Best answer:
Even if you added weights to yourself whilst going for a jog/run/walk, there is still no guarantee you'll lose the weight. The best thing to do is to keep a calorie-controlled diet and ensure you're burning off the calories you're ingesting.
But I don't see why adding weights to yourself whilst exercising won't help shift a few more pounds. Good luck!
