i'm trying to lose weight, and i already do 30 minutes - 2 hours of the exercise bike at a moderate pace each night. i also sometimes do a few sets of jumping jacks, crunches, leg lifts and push ups but i don't thing it is enough. what other exercises can i do at home without any equipment which can help speed up weight loss? thank you.

exercise is only part of it. unless your doing hella exercise, you have to be very concious of what youre eating in order to lose weight
