My collar bone is way too visible and my ribs too. How can I healthily put meat on my bones? I'm 17 and I weigh about 95lb.

omg paninis... my best friend weighted like 90 pounds .. she practally lived at my house ovr the summmer and i fed her like crazy and we drank too. but not heavnily.. just like mayo alot on things and paninia!!! mexican food like burittos too.. just eat.. but work out to even out the fat and muscle.
anyways she gained like 20 pounds and she looked cute.. got boobs and booty.
