I'm 5'3 108lbs. I diet and exercise. My psychiatrist is afraid that everytime I lose weight I will want to lose more. I though I would be happy at 108 but now I want to be 100lbs. I don't feel beautiful or attractive. I suffer from anxiety and depression. I also think about my weight 24/7. How do I stop thinking about my weight and food. I want to enjoy life again.
