I originally started weigh-training heavily in March of 2009 at 5'10", about 170 lbs, and with a body fat % up over 18%. I was "skinnyfat" (fat and skinny at the same time). Question by : How do I lose Birth Control Weight?
I'm 15 and I just started birth control for my PCOS. My breasts have grown to almost a 34D which I love, but I've gained about 5 pounds(which I guess isn't too terrible). But this extra weight Is really bothering me! I am 5'8 and I weighed 115 before and now I'm 120 which sounds okay in the scheme of things, but I would rather be at my old weight. Could this just be water retention? How can I lose it?
