Sometimes I have a hard time lifting heavy things straight up, even after i have been lifting with dumbbells, so I thought maybe I need to be bench pressing with a bar.
I've been lifting weights using just dumbbells for about 3 months now. I've basically been doing normal curls and "dumbbell bench presses." I can see results just from lifting dumbbells and wondered if I should start bench pressing. Should I start doing bench presses with a bar?
