Question by ☀Nikki Nobody☂: will drinking water help me lose weight?
i have grown up in a house where my parents are way over weight, my dad is an alcoholic chain smoker and my mom is from lousiana and cooks like omg fattening food!!! so i never grew up with "dont eat to much" and "drink lots of water" and stuff. im 16 and im kind of a little bit, not fat, ( but i could stand to lose, o say 20 pounds) but i dont feel healthy. i have recently started to eat less than usual and try to drink water. (i grew up on soda and coffee with like no straight water) ive been drinking like 2 bottles a day, can that and eatting less help me lose weight and get healthy?
btw, my parents arent BAD they just were raised different. and recently my mom had gastric bypass surgery and lost a LOT of weight.
