Question by : Is this good for my height and weight (5'3') (135lb) ? I flat bench 135 incline bench 150 lift 30 pounds on?
each arm and leg press 215 so is that good for my height and weight?
by 30 pounds on each arm i mean the single handed weights lol i do not remember what they're called . Also for 215 on leg press im not sure what the machine is but what i do know is that it is a seat parallel
to a barrier where you push against with your legs

Almost all bodybuilders and weight lifters have the bench press as a part of their routine. It's what's often used to measure one's upper body strength. It helps build strength not just in the just, but the triceps and shoulders as well. Not to mention that it will enhance your reputation.

Each variation of the bench press has its own purpose. If exercising from home is your preference, then buying bench press equipment is something to consider.

Standard or Flat Bench
