Everytime I do aeorbic exercises, I notice that I lose weight. What weight? Water weight. That's right, as soon as I consume in a lot of water, my stomach begins to start bulging. I hateeeeeeee it!
To think that I even do cardio and go on a diet. How long does it take to burn fat?! (3500 calories)... The fastest way?
Best answer:
that's why you don't do aerobic training to burn fat you do it to build endurance. to lose fat start strength training focus on bodyweight training for now until you build the strength to stabilize yourself naturally then start weight training in addition to but never in lieu of body weight training also do sprints and agility training. your diet should consist of animals such as fish beef chicken etc. any fruits/vegetables nuts and some grains but they should be just to complement your food never to drive your diet
it depends on how much you weigh and how hard you exercise. if for example you weigh 170 lbs you would consume 1500-1700 calories per day get some sleep and exercise at a high intensity

Importance of Water
Article by Steven
Water is a very essential nutrient to everyone, but it is even more important to runners and bodybuilders. Most people know that they are supposed to drink water, but are unsure on how much to drink, when to drink, and the exact reasons as to why drinking it is so important. Water is essential to runners and bodybuilders for some of the same reasons, but also for some different reasons.
Why is water so important? Up to 60 percent of the human body is made up of water. At birth about 75 percent of the human body is made up of water, but then progressively gets lower with age. The brain is about 70 percent water and the lungs are 90 percent water! Muscle tissue contains more water than fat tissue. Muscle is about 75 percent water which is why it is so important for bodybuilders to consume the right amount.
Drinking water is important in order to stay hydrated. Staying hydrated allows the body to perform at its best. Drinking water an hour or two before a run to make sure you are well hydrated will allow you to run longer or at a faster pace. Drink 8-16 ounces of water an hour or two before a run or if you did not plan a head, drink 4-8 ounces fifteen to thirty minutes before a run. Drinking cold water allows you to exercise longer. Cold water will decrease your body temperature making you think you are not working as hard which leads you to be able to run longer. During exercise if you do not feel like drinking water, you can just rinse your mouth out and then spit it out. By doing this you are triggering sensors in your brain making you think you are receiving energy allowing you to run longer. I often do this during a race instead of taking down a cup of water.
The benefits of staying hydrated for bodybuilders are important to staying healthy and preventing injury. Staying hydrated prevents fatigue which allows you to perform at your maximum ability. Water is very important for joint health. This is a huge issue with bodybuilders because they put great strain on their joints when lifting weights. The goal of every bodybuilder is to build muscle. This would not be possible without water. Water is what is used to carry nutrients into muscles and feed them because about 83 percent of blood is water.
