please do NOT tell me to run, i repeat, i get shin splints after less than 10 minutes of jogging that last for almost two weeks before they heal.
please do NOT tell me to do ab work, i repeat, i have abdominal hernias and if i put stress on my abs i risk enlarging the hernias which would require surgery, and i risk gangrene which would require emergency surgery and death within hours if said surgery doesnt happen.

3. only drink soda or eat junk food once a week(you can pick any day)
