Temple Fork Outfitters 6 weight TiCrX 7'6" with Airflo Extreme Distance, floating line with a built on running line. 120' altogether. Purchased this rod primarily for freshwater largemouth bass and for tossing good sized flies and stupid sized streamers (4-6 inch) and nymphs. The first maybe 20 or 30 feet is like a shooting head (i imagine)and it doesn't take any effort to cast say 65 feet. Then if you lean on it just a tad, pick up, back cast and forward with a just a dash of haul, you're at 80-85 feet. But, there's a lot of tailing loops...my fault...too much arm movement instead of crisply stopping the rod...plus, while this line is great for distance, the heavy head on it really it too much for gentle shapes...
