Can someone make an eating and work out schedule for me to lose weight?

Question by : Can someone make an eating and work out schedule for me to lose weight?
I've been self conscious about my weight for as long as I can remember. I think about my size and the fat on my body probably once 2 minutes that I'm awake... I know, I guess it sounds pretty shallow, but it's a big thing for me. Recently I was talking to a close friend about all the weight I want to lose, after I finished saying something she just looks at me very non sympathetically and says "You don't want to lose weight". I was so shocked that she said that, I replied "Are you kidding?! Did you not just hear what I was saying? Why would you think that?". She responds, "Because if you wanted to really lose the weight, you would have already, or you would be in the process of doing it right now." I just sat there and thought about what she said, it was true... It's something I want so bad, yet I never do enough to make a difference. I stopped dancing about 3 years ago, dance is the one thing I am most passionate about in life, and this didn't click until recently, I wish I never stopped... My parents and I have been discussing that it's something I'd really like to pick back up and work as hard as possible to never leave my life again, my biggest dream is to be a choreographer. I don't look the way I looked 3 years ago... Did you guys know how easy it is to gain weight? :X I was probably 125-130 then... The only way to better myself as a dancer is to be in the best of shape as possible, this just gives me another reason to lose this weight. I'm a teenage girl for heavens sake! I like crop tops, swimsuits, cute form fitting dresses, stuff like that! all the stuff that I just dream about wearing! Not to say that I'm a 'drowned myself in sorrows' type of girl either! Many people who aren't close to me would never guess that I am insecure about my weight, I'm an over all confident, always positive person! It's just one of my personal flaws :/

Please, please, please, help me out not only to lose this weight, but also other things I can do as in workouts for dancers or athletes in general.

Some facts about me:
I'm a 17 year old female, 5'6, 190 pounds. Not big boned, the weight on my body does not fit with my "curves" it's easy to identify as unhealthy fat.

What I do right now:
NOTHING. It's really hard to go from doing nothing to doing something... nothing is easy! I only have class two days a week for 3 hours each day, other than that, I do nothing at all. For the most part of everyday I'm sitting, and I'm on this laptop religiously... It's apart of the whole equation I believe.

What I eat:
So my eating habits are horrible as well. I try hard to stay away from certain things, but currently my will power is at an all time low. I don't tend to eat much through out the day, but they're rarely healthy foods.

It's not that I don't want to better myself by changing those habits I listed, I simply don't have any GUIDANCE... My parents say they support me, but it takes more than just saying it. I LOVE veggies and fruits. I'll ask my mom to get some when she goes to the store so she does, but she also gets HoneyBuns, chips, ice cream, and soda, then cooks pasta for dinner.... If we're in the car and I say I'm hungry and that Mc Donalds sounds yummy, she'll take me! Are you catching my drift? I know I'm old enough to stop that and control myself, but some outside help would be so appreciated and help me stay motivated... I want this so bad.

I recently saw someone who wrote out a full 7 day a week schedule on how they exercise and what they eat from the moment they wake up until when they fall asleep. It was really cool to look at... It would be amazing if someone could possibly do that for me, give me some ideas on what they do, or even just give me tips on what I should put on mine and just make it myself! Structure like that would really help.

I have 9 months before I'm headed to Burbank, California and I want to be in the best shape I've ever been in... Think you can help?

Best answer:
You have to conquer yourself mentally! It's so easy to just "let this one (piece of food) go". No, you have to jolt yourself away.
I'm on a diet myself and today I literally stood in front of a vending machine debating with myself for a minute, somehow managed to walk away. Except weight loss for you is going to be many of these kinds of battles every day. And you have to beat each one! Stay strong!

Here's the eating plan I suggest (everyday):

Breakfast - (250) healthy cereal with fatfree milk only or instant oatmeal made on water, a glass of water
Snack (225) apple sliced, fatfree yogurt
Lunch (170)- Sweet potato (just microwave cooked), carrots, pickles, other fresh vegetables you have, a glass of water
Snack (220 - 2 bananas
Dinner (150) - 1 bowl fatfree tomato soup or instant oatmeal made on water

As you can see since I did calorie estimate for you, it is roughly 1000-1100 calories. On a diet, don't exceed 1250 calories ever.

Here is a list of foods you cannot eat:
Bread, juice, chocolate, pastries, unhealthy cereal, bars, 100 calorie packs, cookies, chips, cheese, peanut butter, all nuts, fat containing milk, rice, meat, ice cream, cake, pie, Chinese food, pasta, fast food, restaurant food, cafeteria food, home cooked food, dressings and sauces, butter, PACKAGED brand food, granola, and anything (other than what I list as can eat) that contains any gram amount of saturated fat, and any total fat exceeding 2g.

Here's what you can eat:
All fresh fruit, berries, sweet potatoes, all fresh uncooked vegetables except for the fatty avocado, tomato soup, oatmeal, fatfree yogurt, skim milk, almond milk
Here's a list of healthy cereal: all the Kashi brand cereals (GoLean), Wheaties, Multigrain Cheerios, Special K (cereal only, not the chocolate one).
It does not look like much to choose from but you can make some pretty varied diets considering you can eat just about any fresh fruits and veggies.

If you eat the same thing everyday for every meal and at the same time, it is really good because it helps you establish routine.

ALWAYS eat at the same time in the same part of your day. Like I always eat my snack of banana at 4 pm. And tomato soup at 6:45.
Also, no eating past 7pm!

You have to learn to say no to your mom. At first she might be like what? Worried, offended, call you picky or question you and whatnot, but just follow your OWN food agenda NO MATTER WHAT ANYONE SAYS, DOES, BUYS, OR OFFERS.

If you can find exercise tapes that would be great, then just do them at the time each day for 30 min every day. If not, buy some or borrow some from someone ! Use the same tape, again, this establishes routine.
Or go swimming, biking, jogging for 30 min 5 times a week.

My best advice is to get into habit of eating the same thing at the same time, it will help you a lot I think. Be occupied and accept that you will want to cave in so bad, BUT! You just won't. :)
Prepare yourself to say no to food thousands of times. Do not associate food with comfort any longer, if it makes you fat that is no comfort and only brings guilt. Mind over matter!

Hope this helps!

It's the diet, exercise, and mental plan I followed..I was 17, 5'7 and went from 160 lbs to 120 lbs :)
